Our signature lobster box is a refined, indulgent dining experience designed to bring restaurant-level luxury into your home. Featuring lobster thermidor elevated with a delicate seaweed and tarragon sauce, served alongside miso-butter new potatoes and a vibrant pan-Asian salad of hispi cabbage, mango, herbs and peanuts with a lime and ginger dressing. Accompanied by our freshly baked Boutique Dining sourdough and local butter, the experience finishes with a modern take on a Black Forest — dark chocolate crémeux, kirsch-infused cherry compote and vanilla crème anglaise.
